Get started creating estimates in 3 simple steps
1. Add Customers
Nothing fancy, just enter some basic details about your client: name, address, and any notes you want to record.
2. Add Materials
Choose the “parts” you want to add to your estimate. Browse through the part categories, or switch to search mode and type keywords to help find what you need. Enter a part quantity then click “Add”. Continue in this fashion or for common projects switch to “Template Mode” to add groups of parts simultaneously. Wow, that was fast!
3. Generate Reports
Clear Estimates has automatically prepared several types of proposals and reports. Create a customer-ready proposal, written in full sentences, describing in detail everything included in the estimate! All you have to do is print them out then go impress your client!
